Karsten Staal Kærgård

Karsten Kelm is a GIS Analyst and Programmer currently working for the County of Ventura since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kelm held positions as a GIS Analyst III at AeroVironment from May 2016 to April 2021, and at AECOM from October 2011 to May 2016. Kelm holds a Master of Science degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, completed between 1998 and 2006, along with a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems Technology from the University of Southern California.
