Katherine Williams possesses extensive experience in retail and marketing, currently serving as a Keyholder at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adhering to inventory control procedures, and managing store opening and closing duties. Katherine previously held the position of Chocolate Advisor at ISU Corp for a brief period in 2020 and interned as a Marketing Assistant. Academically, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Certificate in Media Fundamentals from Sheridan College, and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St. Peter Catholic Secondary School.
