Chi-Ming (Kevin) Luo has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Chi-Ming (Kevin) began their career at Yahoo! in 1998 as a Software Development Manager, where they managed product development in various teams and focused on communication-related services. Chi-Ming (Kevin) then moved on to become a Service Engineer Manager, where they established and led a service engineering team and managed resources effectively.
In 2011, Luo joined miiiCasa Inc. as a Deputy Director/Architect, where they planned and designed development processes and APIs for router devices. Chi-Ming (Kevin) also coached and led a team of engineers and designed large-scale website architectures. Chi-Ming (Kevin) later became the Founder/CEO of Clickmei, where they studied and leveraged new technologies to rapidly develop websites and services, and provided mobile apps that utilized mobile devices and web services.
Luo then joined miiiCasa Inc. again in 2013, this time as a Technical Director, where they designed APIs for Android TV/Phone and iOS apps, and led and coached a team of engineers. Chi-Ming (Kevin) also analyzed and designed large-scale website architecture.
In 2015, Luo became the CTO of 168 Real Estate Consulting Service Ltd., where they provided technical leadership and expertise. After that, they moved on to Youku Tudou Inc. in 2016, where they worked as a Director, managing and driving a Big Data team to align with corporate data strategy and improve ETL processing efficiency.
Currently, Luo works at LINE Plus Corp as a Principal Application Analyst, providing consultant services for both internal services and external applications, and acting as a technical expert in presenting various technologies in different expos and seminars.
Chi-Ming (Kevin) Luo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tunghai University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from DePaul Driehaus College of Business between 2007 and 2009.
