Natalie Matsler

Natalie Matsler currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lineage, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie held several key legal positions including General Counsel at McCourt Partners from April 2021 to May 2022, and Founding Member at Chief in Los Angeles from June 2020 to May 2021. Natalie's extensive experience at Lineage also includes serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, as well as Associate General Counsel from November 2014 to April 2021. Additional legal expertise was gained at US Bank as Vice President & Division Managing Counsel and at DSL Service Company and Downey Savings and Loan Association as Vice President and General Counsel and Vice President & Senior Counsel, respectively. Early in Natalie's career, experience was acquired as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2003 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UCLA.
