Ofer Haham

Ofer Haham has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ofer currently works at LinearB as the Head of Analytics, where they are responsible for establishing and managing the company's Analytics and BI practice. Prior to this, they worked at EverC as the Director of Global Business Operations, leading teams in BI & Analytics, IT & Business Applications, and Program Management. In their role, they focused on data analysis, visualization, strategic planning, and digital transformation. Before EverC, Ofer worked at NSO Group as the Director of Business Intelligence (BI) & Program Management, leading teams in product and business analytics, R&D program management, and customer success operations. Ofer also worked at NICE Actimize as the Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, where they led the BI and data analytics team and collaborated with stakeholders to enable data-driven business decisions. Ofer started their career as a Business Intelligence Developer in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 81.

Ofer Haham completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems, General, from Bar-Ilan University. Ofer also obtained additional certifications in Advanced Tableau in July 2017 and RCM Implementation Training in May 2016.
