Rotem Shynes has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2013, they began as a Networking and Data Security Technician at Internet Binat. In 2015, they moved to Voicenter as a Network Architect and Devops Engineer, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining the system hardware, operating systems, software and network infrastructure. In 2020, they joined Allot as a Product Security Engineer and DevSecOps Engineer. Currently, they are a Sn. Application Security Engineer at LinearB.

Rotem Shynes obtained a Certificate in Product Management from pmsphere - Leading Products to Success in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Security Consultant from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2015.
