Marko Kostiv

Marko Kostiv has over seven years of work experience in the field of machine learning and software engineering. Marko began their career as an iOS Developer intern at Vakoms in 2014, eventually leading the iOS development team of three members by 2017. In the same year, they joined N-iX as a Lead Software Engineer. In 2018, they held a joint internship at Queen's University and Scotiabank, where they worked on a CLV prediction engine for credit limit optimization and developed survival and revenue prediction models. That same year, they joined SoftServe as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, where they led pre-sale and consulting activities for Fortune 500 companies and developed an active-learning pipeline for semantic segmentation of 3D seismic data. Currently, Marko is a Machine Learning Engineer at both Vectornator by Linearity and Kuna.

Marko Kostiv received their Master's degree in Computer Science/Data Science from Ukrainian Catholic University in 2019. Prior to that, they attended State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 2013 to 2017.
