Nadya Tissera

Nadya Tissera is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at LinearSix since February 2022, Nadya previously worked as an Executive Leadership Coach and Trainer at Consultancies, focusing on leadership development and personal growth. Prior roles include HR Manager for Talent Engagement at RRD - Global Outsourcing Solutions, and Associate Manager of Human Resources at RR Donnelley, where Nadya supported diverse operations teams. Earlier experiences encompass HRD Executive and Management Trainee positions at MAS Holdings, and a Management Trainee role in HR at hSenid Mobile Solutions. Nadya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University and a Master’s degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo.
