Erica Fang

Erica Fang has over six years of professional experience. From 2017 to present, they have been a Senior Overseas Project Manager at \u84dd\u6e2f\u4e92\u52a8\u96c6\u56e2. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Senior Manager at RedAtoms, where they led the Operation division with 40 staffs to devise the main product's (Mobile Games) annual strategy and personnel management. Erica also assessed the monthly and annually budgets for the division and implemented a 1.5-million-RMB marketing promotion project for a period of two months in China's market. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Marketing Specialist at RedAtoms, where they undertook primary market research and internal launch plan for Taiwan iOS version and implemented it within two months. Erica was also responsible for advertising strategies in Taiwan market, directed the game forum and arranged activities for customers biweekly, and hosted 20 VIP players conference in Taipei.

Erica Fang received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Shih Hsin University in 2010, and then went on to receive their Master's degree in Journalism&communication from Peking University in 2012. Erica also holds a Project Management Professional certification from Aura International.
