Soorya Sasidharan

Soorya Sasidharan is an experienced professional in risk management and planning, currently serving as Associate Director - Risk Management at Linesight since January 2022. With a diverse background, Soorya has held positions such as Senior Planning Engineer at SSE plc and Planning Engineer at TechnipFMC, specializing in Subsea Projects across Europe and Africa. Academic achievements include a PhD in Quantitative Statistics/Genetics and an MSc in Animal Genetics from the University of Pretoria, complemented by certifications in Enterprise Risk Management and Project Management. Soorya has also contributed to the Royal Society of South Africa as a News Bulletin Editor and practiced as a Veterinary Surgeon.
