Ben Wendling

Ben Wendling has experience working in various roles in the manufacturing industry. At Linetec, Ben serves as a Manufacturing Engineer, where Ben developed SOPs and WIs to optimize workflow efficiency and orchestrated a project to install energy-efficient lighting systems. Prior to this, at CNH Industrial, Ben worked as a Maintenance Supervisor Intern, managing tradesmen and overseeing machine repair projects. Ben also worked at SC Johnson as a Factory Worker, participating in a Co-Op program and following line operator instructions for quality paperwork.
