Christina Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Christina started their career as a Sales Associate/Customer Service representative at String Beads Inc in 2007 and worked there until 2012. Christina then joined Alpine Achievement Systems, Inc in 2014 as a Technical Support agent, where they stayed until 2020. In 2013, Christina also worked as a Student Caller at Northern Arizona University for a brief period. In 2020, they transitioned to Illuminate Education, Inc. as a Senior Support Specialist and later became a Customer Success Manager until 2023. Christina's most recent role is with Renaissance Learning, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager in Wisconsin and Nebraska until mid-2023. Currently, they are the Customer Success Regional Lead at Linewize US, where they lead a team of Customer Success Managers to provide excellent support, advocacy, and ensure customer success.

Christina Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Arizona University from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Galway.
