Anna Jaworska

Anna Jaworska (Bowtruczuk) has extensive experience in the HR field, having held various positions such as Executive HR Director, Global HR Director, Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, and HR Specialist at Lingaro. Anna is responsible for defining HR strategies, acting as a strategic partner for the Leadership Team, and managing recruitment, employer branding, and learning & development topics. Anna also participated in the WIL Talent Pool Programme at WIL Europe and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Grupa HRC S.A. Anna holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and has completed postgraduate studies in Assessment/Development Center and Human Resources Management.
