Michal Jablonski has extensive experience in the field of digital strategy and customer analytics. Michal currently holds the position of Director, Global Head of Customer & Consumer Analytics at Lingaro, where they lead a global team in developing innovative solutions for consumer and marketing needs using AI-powered technologies. Prior to their current role, Michal worked as a Head of Growth & Customer Strategy Practice at Accenture, where they advised clients on strategic issues such as customer strategies, CRM transformations, and technology roadmaps. Michal also served as a Digital Strategy Manager at Accenture, providing expertise in marketing and sales analytics. Before joining Accenture, Michal worked as an Associate at PwC and as a Business Analyst at Deloitte. Michal began their career as a Digital Marketing Ninja at X-Coding IT Studio. In addition to their industry experience, Michal has also served as a Visiting Digital Strategy Lecturer at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Michal Jablonski has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their studies at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Michal later pursued an Exchange Program at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2011-2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2017-2018, they undertook an Executive Education program at INSEAD, specializing in Strategy. In 2019, they attended the Kellogg Executive Education program, with a focus on Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy. Additionally, Jablonski obtained various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020 and AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International in 2019. Michal also holds a Design Thinking Moderator certification from Design Thinking_Institute in 2017 and has passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam, administered by the CFA Institute, in 2016.
