Tomek Rogucki

Tomek Rogucki is the Co-CEO at Lingaro. Prior to that, they were with Hewlett-Packard for five years, where they started as an intern before becoming a Client Manager. In this role, Tomek was responsible for managing the relationship with Section Managers at Procter & Gamble (P&G) Global Business Services. Tomek was also responsible for keeping customer satisfaction high and delivering on HP’s revenue, profit, and growth expectations. Tomek also identified, qualified and pursued new business opportunities in the domain of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Furthermore, they worked closely with the HP Global Delivery organization to deliver world-class services profitably and at the right time. Tomek also supported HP Global Delivery in bid development and pricing; leading negotiation and contract finalization for new RFPs. Lastly, Tomek ensured that customer dissatisfaction/contract issues were resolved.

Before Hewlett-Packard, Tomek Rogucki was with Procter & Gamble, Global Business Services as a Service Management Specialist for two years. There, they were responsible for overseeing the operation of P&G’s internal service organization which consisted of over 500 employees that delivered business services to P&G companies worldwide.

Tomek Rogucki began their professional career as an intern with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Office of the Director-General in 2000. There they had the opportunity to work on special projects for the Director-General and gain valuable experience in the UN system.

Tomek Rogucki is a business and technology professional who holds a Master of Science from Lodz University of Technology. Tomek also has postgraduate studies in Management Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as guest student status at Copenhagen Business School for European Community Law and Copenhagen University College of Engineering for European Project Semester. Additionally, Tomek Rogucki is a Technik Elektronik specializing in Elektryczna i Elektroniczna Automatyka Przemysłowa from Technikum Chemiczne w Oświęcimiu.
