Natoshia Anderson

Natoshia Anderson, Ed. D., is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in STEM education and programming. Currently serving as the Director of Programming and Partnerships at LINGO, an EdTech company dedicated to enhancing access to coding and software development education, Natoshia previously founded and leads Nerdy Brain, LLC, a STEM consulting firm focused on curriculum development, DEI consulting, and coaching for Women of Color in STEM. Natoshia's career includes directing campus operations at Atlanta Technical College, overseeing training and implementation at WOZ ED K-12, and managing STEM programs for the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. Natoshia holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kennesaw State University.
