Terry Pierelli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they began their career as a SEO Manager at Union Surfera and later worked as a Salesman and SEO Specialist at DiscoverExcursions. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Auxiliar de Conversación at IES Al-Lawra Secondary School. In 2013, Terry co-founded and co-owned PlanetSpain SL. Terry then worked as an Online Marketing Manager and Head Professor at Grupo Formato from 2014 to 2015.
In 2015, Terry joined everjobs as a Jr. Online Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities included driving growth across paid and unpaid marketing channels, managing Google Adwords advertising, conducting A/B testing and qualitative analysis, and providing budgeting and forecasting support. Terry also created and optimized ads on Facebook and contributed to tracking and reporting setup. Terry worked at everjobs until early 2016.

In 2019, Terry joined Babbel as a CRO Manager. Terry successfully transitioned to the role of Senior CRO Manager in 2020 and continued in that capacity until 2021.
Alongside their roles at Babbel, Terry founded The CROsultant in 2021. As the founder, they led the organization in equipping individuals and organizations with skills in A/B testing, user research, and CRO techniques.
Terry's most recent position is Senior CRO Manager at Lingoda GmbH, starting from December 2021. In this role, they are likely to leverage their expertise in CRO to optimize conversion rates and drive business growth.

Terry Pierelli attended the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing and Spanish Business. Additionally, Terry also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing during the same time period at the University of Maryland.
