Francesco Ronzano

Francesco Ronzano is an Associate Principal AI Scientist at IQVIA NLP since December 2021, focusing on generative AI and Large Language Models in healthcare, particularly in domain adaptation, knowledge extraction, and synthetic data generation. Prior to this role, Francesco held positions as a Senior NLP Specialist and has over a decade of experience in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning applied to biomedical literature and clinical data. Francesco has conducted research at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, MedBioInformatics Solutions, and Instituto Hospital del Mar de Investigaciones Médicas, among others, and has contributed to projects involving social media analysis and urban mobility.
