Jay Meldman

Jay Meldman is an experienced professional in land and mineral rights acquisition, currently serving in the acquisitions role at Intersect Power since April 2024, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) land and mineral rights. Prior experience includes positions at Doyle Land Services, Inc., where efforts were concentrated on right of way acquisitions for a project in Riverside County, California, and at Aypa Power, leading a comprehensive land and mineral rights acquisition campaign for a PV solar project in South Texas. Additionally, Jay held the Vice President position at Black Diamond Land Co., where services were provided in the oil, gas, and renewables industries. Previously, as Acquisitions Manager at Cazadores Royalty Partners, LLC, Jay targeted royalty interest owners in West Texas and New Mexico.
