George Michael has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. George started their career as an Oracle Instructor at the Information Technology Institute in 2002. George then worked as an Oracle Developer at the Alexandria Business Association before joining International Turnkey Systems as a Software Engineer, where they developed modules for the Telecommunication Administration and Billing System.

George later joined Vodafone Egypt as a Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for designing and implementing various products and providing second-line support for billing applications. George also worked as a Business Analyst, leading a team in providing support for the BSCS billing system and managing billing processes.

After leaving Vodafone, George worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Chestnut Technologies, where they were responsible for scoping business requirements and managing their impact on different areas of the product.

George then transitioned to a product-focused role, joining Areeb Group as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, where they facilitated discussions with stakeholders to develop and validate business requirements. George later became the Product Management Lead, managing and leading product development and UI/UX teams.

Currently, George is working at Link Development as a Senior Product Owner, where they are responsible for overseeing product development and ensuring timely delivery.

Throughout their career, George has demonstrated strong leadership skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams and generating creative ideas to drive product strategy forward. George is experienced in scoping requirements, managing resources, and delivering projects within set turnaround times.

George Michael pursued their education at various institutions, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alexandria University. The specific duration of this degree program is unknown.

Following their undergraduate studies, George enrolled at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a post-graduate diploma in IT, focusing on Information Technology.

Later, from 2015 to 2018, George attended Paris ESLSCA Business School, where they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Global Management.

In addition to their formal education, George Michael has obtained several certifications. In 2009, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2019, they successfully completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) program offered by Scrum Alliance®. Most recently, in September 2021, they attained the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner designation from the Scrum Alliance.
