Aileen Thompson, JD, PHR has a diverse educational background. Aileen completed their Master's degree in the School of Industrial & Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and European History from Smith College. Aileen furthered their education by attending Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they earned their JD in Law. Additionally, they were a DAAD Scholar in Economic History at the University of Hamburg for the academic year 1989-1990.
Aileen also holds several certifications, including being a Certified Facilitator from EMPLOYMENT LEARNING INNOVATION, a member of the American Workplace Investigators, and holds an active and in good standing PA Bar license from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Aileen has also obtained the PHR certification from SHRM.
