Harsh Maharishi

Harsh Maharishi has a diverse work experience in various finance and real estate roles. Harsh began their career at Daibes Enterprises as a Field Engineer & Site Safety Supervisor in May 2016 and held this role until February 2018. Harsh then transitioned to the position of Financial Analyst – Real Estate & Property Management from February 2018 to June 2019. In June 2019, Harsh advanced to become a Finance Project Manager, a role they held until May 2023. During their time at Daibes Enterprises, they also served as a Finance Manager – Real Estate Acquisitions & Development from March 2021 to May 2023. In May 2023, Harsh joined Link Logistics as a Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, where they currently work.

Harsh Maharishi completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Harsh Maharishi also obtained a range of certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute. These include certifications such as Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Modeling, Power BI Fundamentals, PowerPoint & Pitchbooks, Real Estate Financial Modeling, Accounting Principles and Standards, Budgeting and Forecasting, Building a 3 Statement Financial Model, Business Valuation Modeling Part I and Part II, Dashboards & Data Visualization, FP&A Monthly Cash Flow Forecasting, Financial Analysis Fundamentals, Professional Ethics, and Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis. These certifications were obtained in 2022.
