Morgan Reese

Morgan Reese has a strong background in human resources, spanning over 15 years. From 2005 to 2007, Morgan worked as an Account Executive at Lovell-Fairchild Communications. In 2007, Morgan transitioned into the field of human resources, starting as a Human Resources/Office Coordinator at TPN. Over the years, Morgan progressed through various roles at TPN, including Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Generalist, and eventually Human Resources Director from 2014 to 2019. As the Human Resources Director, Morgan played a strategic role in the company, managing talent programs, spearheading diversity initiatives, and partnering with the CFO on compensation strategies.
