Nick Bixler began their work experience as a Performance Psychology Consultant at North Central College in 2016. In this role, they designed and implemented various human capital projects for athletic teams, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. These projects focused on leadership training, organizational design, adult learning retention, and performance management. Nick delivered programs through 1:1 coaching sessions and interactive workshops for groups of various sizes.
In 2017, Nick joined Magellan Federal as a Resilience Trainer & Performance Consultant. Nick supported the US Army Ready & Resilient initiative by designing and implementing projects in performance management, organizational design, development, and leadership training. These programs were delivered in multiple formats, including experiential workshops, facilitated discussions, train-the-trainer sessions, and individualized coaching and feedback.
Nick then moved on to Accenture in 2019 as a Human Performance Specialist. In this role, they supported the design, development, implementation, and reporting of Accenture's internal information security behavior change program. Nick designed and executed communication plans, including leadership briefings, program websites, and mailers for a global resource base of over 450,000 individuals. Nick also led full project lifecycles with external vendors to create new learning assets.
Currently, Nick is the Manager of Change Management at Link Logistics Real Estate, starting in 2022. Further details about their responsibilities and accomplishments in this role are not provided.
Nick Bixler completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health and Human Physiology at the University of Iowa in 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling and Performance Psychology at Adler University, completing it in 2017.
