Roger Gagne (Chip)

Roger "Chip" Gagne is a software engineer with extensive experience in providing software development and database support, particularly for the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Agency. Currently employed at Link Technologies since February 2021, Gagne specializes in VB development. Prior to this role, Gagne worked at Highland Technology Services Inc. from July 2013 to February 2021, offering SQL Server and programming support using various languages including Visual Basic, Java, and JavaScript. Gagne's career began at SAIC, where from June 1991 to June 2013, leadership in designing and managing secure database-driven applications was provided. Additional experience includes working as a network architect at Scitor Corporation from 1999 to 2000. Gagne holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science - Business Programming from Montgomery College, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
