Maria Mrozowska

Maria Mrozowska, ACCA, has a strong background in finance, planning, and analysis. Maria started their career at Ernst & Young in 2008, where they served as a Senior Consultant, primarily focusing on audit and consulting services for clients in the financial sector, including insurance companies, pension funds, and investment funds. During their time at Ernst & Young, they managed various projects, including internal audits and due diligence processes.

In 2012, Maria joined KPMG as a Supervisor, specializing in audit and consulting services for clients in the insurance sector. Maria was responsible for auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, as well as providing consulting services on Purchase Price Allocation processes at insurance companies. Maria also managed audit projects and supervised a team of up to four audit assistants.

In 2013, Maria moved to AEGON Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. Maria initially served as the Deputy Head of Controlling before being promoted to Head of Controlling in 2015. Maria'srole involved overseeing financial controlling activities within the organization.

Most recently, Maria joined Link4 in 2017, where they assumed the position of Financial Planning & Analysis Director. In 2019, they advanced to the role of Financial Planning & Controlling Director. Maria'sresponsibilities in this position include financial planning, analysis, and control.

Maria Mrozowska obtained a High School degree in a bilingual program (Spanish and Polish) from XXXIV L.O. im. Miguela de Cervantesa from 1997 to 2002. Maria then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw, completing it from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they studied Mathematics at Aarhus University from 2006 to 2007. In 2012-2013, Maria studied History of Art at the University of Warsaw. Maria Mrozowska has also obtained the ACCA certification from ACCA in 2018.
