Jennifer Shappley

Jennifer Shappley is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as VP of Talent at LinkedIn since September 2015, Jennifer oversees the global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams, focusing on attracting and developing top talent for the organization. Previously, Jennifer held various senior roles in talent acquisition at LinkedIn, driving recruitment for Global Sales and G&A organizations during a period of significant growth. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Express Scripts, where Jennifer led hiring for a Fortune 20 company and managed substantial workforce expansion. Earlier career positions at First Horizon Bank and Raymond James provided a strong foundation in recruiting and human resources management. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Harding University in 2002.
