Jocelyn Lancaster

Jocelyn Lancaster is an experienced professional specializing in talent organization and learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Global Talent Organization PMO at LinkedIn since August 2016. Previous roles include Manager of the Learning Experience Operations Team and Senior Project Manager in Learning & Development, where Jocelyn led the establishment of internal feedback assessments and designed workshops focused on psychological safety.
