Marieke McCloskey is an accomplished professional in user experience research, currently serving as Director of User Experience Research at LinkedIn since August 2021. Previously, Marieke led UX research at Humu, establishing user-centered practices at the Series B startup. Marieke's extensive experience includes directing user research teams at UserTesting, where collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering enhanced customer experiences, as well as managing a team of over 30 research consultants to integrate iterative remote testing into project lifecycles. Marieke's diverse background also includes positions as Web Content Manager for the NFL and clinical research coordination at Massachusetts General Hospital. Marieke holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College Utrecht.
