Nisha TV currently serves as the APAC Lead for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, responsible for developing and delivering training programs tailored to vendors while ensuring they meet company standards. Nisha has held various roles at LinkedIn, including Senior, Global Business Operations, where strategic planning and process improvement were key focuses, and as a Subject Matter Expert during training periods. Nisha has also contributed to the Social Impact team, advocating for economic opportunities for disadvantaged communities. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Analyst for government projects and at Netstager Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with a strong educational background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MES Engineering College.
