Shalini Agarwal

Shalini Agarwal is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at LinkedIn since April 2015, Shalini has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering for Sales Solutions Core and overseeing Data Applications and Search Applications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of R&D at Pivotal Software, where Shalini developed strategies for Big Data products, and a decade at eBay as Director of Product Engineering, leading engineering teams to enhance buyer experience platforms. Earlier roles include senior engineering positions at Sonasoft Corporation and University Planet Inc.
