Stephanie Conway

Stephanie Conway is an experienced talent development leader with a strong background in coaching, organizational development, and learning strategy across various regions, including the US, EMEA, and LATAM. Currently, Conway serves as Senior Director of Talent Development at LinkedIn, having previously held the same title at Ashridge Executive Education and Hult International Business School. Conway also works as an Adjunct Faculty member and has acted as a Coach Supervisor at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
