Ola Guła

Ola Guła has been working in the HR and PR fields since 2006. Ola started their career as a PR Specialist at the Polish Theatre in Wroclaw, then moved to Luna Music in 2009. In 2012, they became a PR & Marketing Specialist at FIRLEJ Music Meetings. In 2013, they joined Pilot: Hire Anywhere as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for HR People, HR Administrative, end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, preparing and promoting job offers, onboarding and offboarding processes, event management, newsletter campaigns, and community management. In 2020, they became the Head of People at Empirica S.A., and in 2021 they were appointed as HR Manager at Linker Cloud.

Ola Guła completed a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Wroclaw between 2003 and 2006. Following this, they completed a Master studies of Journalism and Communication with specialisation in Public Relations at the same university between 2006 and 2008.
