Additionally, Brooke has worked in recruitment and selection at the Education Achievement Authority of Michigan and Success Academy Charter Schools. Brooke was also a Literacy Project Manager and a Recruitment Assistant/Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools.

Earlier in their career, Brooke worked as a Research Assistant at Project READS, a US DOE I3 Grant program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Brooke was also an Educational Assistant and the Top Lieutenant of Student Recruitment at Harlem Success Academy 1.
