Arielle Cohen

Arielle Cohen is an experienced consultant with close to a decade in the call center industry, currently engaged with Arco Consulting since January 2002. Expertise includes call center audits, operational optimization, and management implementation. Previous roles include Teleservices/Project Manager at MC2S Inc, where Arielle successfully launched a sales campaign, and Facility Manager at Sitel Corporation, overseeing a 200-person staff and developing upper management skills. Additionally, Arielle managed a significant Canadian outbound calling program as Account Manager at Protocol Communications, achieving top rankings among competitors. Currently, Arielle also serves as Controller and Director of Business Development at LinkNow Media since June 2009.
