Jason Ellis

Jason Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Jason is currently working as a Manager of Software Engineering at LinkSquares starting from June 2023. Previously, they worked at Datto, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Product Owner of GTM and CX from February 2020 to June 2023, Manager of Customer Experience Innovations from January 2016 to February 2020, and Director of Customer Support from December 2014 to January 2016. Before Datto, Inc., they worked at Backupify as a Director of Customer Support from January 2011 to December 2014. Their experience also includes working at Oracle as a Technical Support Engineer from October 2010 to January 2011. Jason began their career at Phase Forward Incorporated, where they worked as a Systems Engineer from May 2001 to February 2006. Later, they worked at Phase Forward as a Customer Support Engineer from October 2007 to January 2011, and also at Endeca Technologies as a Systems Engineer from February 2006 to August 2006.

Jason Ellis attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Development and Infomation Technology.
