Amy Kepler

Amy Kepler has a diverse range of work experience. Amy started their career as an Installed Sales Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2009 and held the position until 2011. Following that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at ITT Technical Institute from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Metal Design Systems, Inc. as an Executive Assistant and later became the Talent Acquisition Manager until 2020. Currently, Amy is the Director of Human Resources at Linn Area Credit Union, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant/HR Specialist at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Amy Kepler earned their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration from Manor College from 1988 to 1990. In 2013, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Kirkwood Community College. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in HR Management from Columbia College. Amy also holds a certification in Human Resources from Kirkwood Community College.
