Justin Foss

Justin Foss currently serves as a School Board Member for Linn-Mar Community Schools since November 2023. As a Senior Project Manager and Renewable Energy Developer at Alliant Energy since 2010, Justin leads a team dedicated to developing solar, storage, and wind energy projects in Iowa, contributing over 1GW to the state's energy program. Previous roles include serving as a Program Manager for major component replacements for wind turbines and as a Senior Marketing and Communications Partner and Spokesperson for the energy company serving Iowa and Wisconsin. Justin's early career featured positions as a TV Reporter at KCRG-TV9 and Weekend Anchor at KIMT-TV, along with internships and work in marketing and public relations. Justin holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, an MBA from the University of Dubuque, and attended the Wisconsin School of Business.
