Surjith CM is currently serving as the Team Leader for Talent Recruitment at Linnk Group since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring alignment with business goals while managing a team of recruiters. Prior to this role, Surjith worked as Lead Market Researcher and Market Researcher at the National Highways Authority of India from July 2020 to February 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Kannur University (2017-2019), a BA in Economics from Government College Kasaragod (2014-2017), and a Higher Secondary certificate in Business/Commerce from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kasaragod (2012-2014).
