Peter Fu

Peter Fu is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and compliance. Currently serving as the Lead for Computing Legal at Akamai Technologies since May 2022, Peter previously held the role of General Counsel at Linode from June 2017, where notable achievements include managing the $950 million M&A transaction by Akamai and leading an award-winning international compliance team. In addition to legal responsibilities, Peter has demonstrated community commitment as a firefighter with the Wenonah Volunteer Fire Company and an elected Council Member for the Borough of Wenonah since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Practice Lead at Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law, where Peter built the technology practice group and acted as a principal advisor on complex IPO and M&A transactions. Peter holds a Doctor of Law degree from Rutgers Law School and has contributed to academia as a Research Fellow at Rutgers University.
