Mariel Didier

Mariel Didier has a strong background in project management and communication. Mariel initially worked as a Digital Sales Web Team Project Manager Intern at BBVA Compass in 2016 before moving on to roles at The University of Alabama, where they served as a Graduate Assistant and later as a Capstone Project Manager. In these positions, they focused on marketing and promoting student-led technical projects and organizing informational networking events for MIS clients.

Following their time at the university, Mariel joined BBVA in the USA, where they initially served as an LEAP Associate, completing rotational programs and gaining exposure to various aspects of the bank. Mariel then transitioned into the role of Risk Culture & Communications Project Manager, where they effectively communicated with and supported the risk management team. Their accomplishments in this role included implementing improved communication and training strategies and revamping the employee recognition program.

In 2019, Mariel joined Shipt as a Shopper Engagement Project Manager, where they contributed to driving shopper engagement and enhancing the overall shopper experience. Finally, in 2022, they joined Linq as a Teams Success Manager, where they focus on ensuring the success and satisfaction of teams within the company.

Throughout their career, Mariel has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, facilitate effective communication, and drive engagement and satisfaction among team members and stakeholders.

Mariel Didier completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Masters in Operations Management (MS) degree. Their focus during their MBA studies was in Enterprise Consulting. Mariel attended this graduate school from 2015 to 2017.
