Joe Grigg

Joe Grigg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joe began their career in the U.S. Army, where they advanced to the rank of Major and gained extensive experience in logistics support and staff management. Joe also served as a Company Commander, overseeing maintenance support for a large Army Base. After leaving the military, Joe worked as a Regional Driver Trainer for Lafarge North America, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive training program for concrete truck drivers. Joe then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Supervisor at Sears Holding Corporation, where they focused on optimizing shipping operations and improving productivity. Joe later joined the Colorado National Guard, taking on various roles including Strategic Planning Officer, Surface Maintenance Manager, Deputy Surface Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Facility Manager. In these positions, they led teams, implemented improvement projects, and managed budgets and supply chains. Joe also served as the VP of Programs for the APICS Colorado Chapter 81 Denver, where they played a key role in the success of the chapter's educational programs and professional development meetings. Most recently, Joe worked as a Principal Logistics Specialist II at LinQuest, providing support to U.S. Space Command in the development and execution of joint logistics efforts. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as expertise in supply chain management, Lean Six Sigma, and strategic planning.

Joe Grigg obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman between the years 1988 and 1994. Joe also holds several certifications including Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
