Alex Cooper

Alex Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

They began their career at KTA Public Relations in 2009 as a Copywriter.

They later joined Arsenal F.C in 2009 and held the role of Steward Systems & Logistics Coordinator until January 2015. From January 2015 to December 2016, they transitioned to an IT Business Analyst role within the same company.

After leaving Arsenal F.C, they joined Rapha Racing Limited as an IT Business Analyst from December 2016 to March 2018.

They then worked at CyberOwl as an IT Business Analyst from March 2018 to August 2018, where they contributed to the successful launch of the company's first product and managed a special project for Innovate UK.

In August 2018, they joined Crabtree & Evelyn as a Senior Business Analyst until August 2019.

They then joined Cult Beauty as a Lead Business Analyst from August 2019 to September 2021.

In September 2021, they joined Ralph Lauren as a Business Analyst until February 2022.

From February 2022 to February 2023, they worked at Evergreen Garden Care as a Lead Business Analyst.

Since January 2023, they have been working at Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE as a Business Analyst.

Their most recent role is at Velocity Rising, where they hold the position of Director starting from March 2018.

Alex Cooper is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Birmingham, with an expected completion date of 2023. Prior to this, Alex obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing with Advertising from the University of West London, which was completed from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to formal degrees, Alex has obtained several certifications. In 2022, Alex received the Product Information Management (PIM) Certification - Administrator from Salsify, and also completed the Salsify Foundations training. In 2016, Alex obtained the BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. This was preceded by the BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering in 2015 and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, also in 2015. Alex's earliest certification is the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, which was obtained in 2014. The institutions responsible for these certifications include BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and Salsify.
