Taja Cato-Jackson

Taja Cato-Jackson has diverse work experience in several companies. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Food Host Supervisor at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. In 2015, they served as a Shift Manager and later as a Team Lead at Bronco Connection Center, where they engaged with alumni, conducted interviews, and received contributions. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Title Analyst at Concentrix and then as a Payroll/Onboarding Specialist at TEKsystems, focusing on payroll and onboarding processes. In 2021, they became an Onboarding Experience Manager at Ford Commercial Solutions. Following this, they held Human Resources Assistant roles at Robert Half in 2022 and at LinTech Global, a DISYS company, in 2023. In these roles, their responsibilities included processing candidate offers, onboarding and exiting procedures, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and handling employee acknowledgements and events.

Taja Cato-Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Western Michigan University, specializing in Communication Studies and Gender and Women's Studies. Taja completed this degree between 2012 and 2016.
