Sebastiano Gazzè

Sebastiano Gazzè has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Sebastiano currently works as a Software Engineer at Linxo Group since August 2021.

Prior to that, Sebastiano worked at Active Asset Allocation from April 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the development and maintenance of a web application called RAFA. Their tasks included defining and simulating investor's saving goals, calculating their chances of success, and visualizing graphs and statistics. Sebastiano utilized technologies such as Java, Spring, Hazelcast, Javascript, Backbone.js, and Vue.

Before joining Active Asset Allocation, Sebastiano worked as a Graduate Research Student at Saint Louis University from March 2017 to August 2017. Their main focus was on designing and implementing a general architecture for distributed paths allocation in Edge Computing via Software-Defined Networking (SDN). Sebastiano also utilized Floodlight as the SDN controller and Neo4j as the Graph Database for network monitoring and state management.

Sebastiano Gazzè completed their education in the field of Computer Engineering. Sebastiano obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from Politecnico di Torino in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Università di Catania in 2014.

Furthermore, Sebastiano Gazzè achieved the IELTS certification from the British Council in November 2016. Sebastiano also completed the Spanish ACTFL Listening Proficiency Test (LPT) and Spanish ACTFL Reading Proficiency Test (RPT) from Language Testing International in April 2021.
