John Yarish has over 20 years of work experience in the security and customer service industries. John began their career in 1997 as a Loss Prevention Agent, Manager, and Regional Investigator at multiple locations for Nordstrom. In 2010, they became the Area Loss Prevention Manager for Nordstrom Rack, where they developed a comprehensive shrinkage reduction program. In 2014, they joined Cartasite as a Project Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, where they oversaw the development and deployment of runTIME products and prepared documentation for customer-facing use. In 2018, they were Manager of Customer Care for Cartasite and StriveSafe, where they managed a department in charge of multi-channel inbound technical and customer support for all company products. From 2019 to 2021, they were Technical Supervisor at Agilis Systems, and is currently the Hardware Support Manager at Linxup.
John Yarish attended Bradley University from 1993 to 1997, studying Construction Management. John then obtained a Project Management Certificate Course from Colorado State University in 2018. John is currently enrolled in Wicklander - Zulawski to pursue Behavioral Interviewing and Investagative Questioning.
