Vicki Callaway

Vicki Callaway has held a variety of roles in the technology industry, beginning with a Programmer/Analyst position at UMR Instructional Software Development Center in 2001. In 2003, they were appointed IT Director, Project and Information Management Services at Missouri S&T, where they held several other roles over the next eight years, including Manager, IT Planning & Project Management, CIO Search Committee Member, ITSM Enterprise Steering Committee Member, and Project Manager. In 2011, they joined the Strategic Project Management Office Advisory Committee at the University of Missouri. In 2015, they began working as Program Manager - Online Presence and PMO Manager - Strategic Implementation Group at Joyce Meyer Ministries, and was later promoted to PMO Team Lead and Project Manager - Web Presence. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Linxup as a Product Owner.

Vicki Callaway has a varied educational background. Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1998 and 2000. Vicki then attended Texas Christian University between 1993 and 1996, though they did not earn a degree at that time. Vicki returned to Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2008, where they earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, both in 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Biblical Leadership from Vineyard Institute in 2013, an ITIL Service Capability: Release, Control, and Validation Certification from Information Technology Infrastructure Library in 2012, a Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute in 2009, and three ITIL certifications from Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
