Rhonda Kemp

LIO’s CFO Rhonda is known for tackling every challenge with a smile and a positive attitude. She loves to laugh and takes joy in untangling even the most complex financial problems which is why she’s also well-regarded for her outside-the-box thinking and skills as an accountant. A famous Winston Churchill saying provides a daily source of inspiration for Rhonda, Prior to joining LIO, she served as Chief Risk Officer for Houston International Insurance Group, Ltd. (HIIG), where she was a member of the Executive Committee and led the company’s ERM Committee. Throughout her career, Rhonda has meticulously managed sophisticated financial reporting and due diligence systems.

Rhonda is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University with honors in Accounting and Finance.
