Israel Silva

Israel Silva has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Toys R Us until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Famsa, contributing to the successful launch of multiple locations. In 2012, Israel joined GEODIS as a Regional Human Resources Manager until 2021. Israel then became a Regional Human Resources Director at SRC Logistics, Inc from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Israel is working as the US Human Resources Director at Lion Electric, starting in April 2022. Israel has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has consistently played a key role in implementing programs and policies to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
