Natalie Ross

Natalie Ross began their career in 2010 at M Financial Group, where they held the positions of Manager of Member Firm Relationships, Relationship Manager of Carrier Relationships, and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President. In 2019, they joined Pensionmark Financial Group as the Director of Operations for Pensionmark Insurance. Her current role is as Senior Vice President of Firm Development at Lion Street, where they work with owners to leverage the power of Lion Street and to identify and engage sophisticated financial services professionals to become Lion Street owners. Natalie has also facilitated connections between Lion Street Private Client Group and partner banks, wirehouses, and independent RIAs, and implemented strategic partnership initiatives.

Natalie Ross attended Washington State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
